Program Description:

Promoting gender equity in the workplace is essential for cultivating a fair and inclusive environment that benefits everyone. This session will share data from a 2023 research report conducted by Minerva BC. Learn where we are making progress and where things are slow to change. Together we will unpack outdated beliefs surrounding successful career progression and understand how gender bias (still) influences women’s experiences at work. You will gain insights to recognize and interrupt these persistent barriers, and how to develop your leadership.
