Jennifer Heil
CEO and founder of Rya Health
Jennifer Heil is a visionary leader who has consistently redefined the limits of excellence. An Olympic Champion, Guinness World record holder, and multiple Olympic medalists, she is the most successful Canadian female skier in history. Honored as a AthletesCAN and a Stanford Graduate School of Business Leadership Award recipient, Jennifer’s impact extends far beyond the podium.
Now, as CEO and founder of Rya Health, an AI-powered women’s healthtech company, Jennifer is on a mission to revolutionize healthcare access to quality experts. Rya leverages technology to provide Olympic-level care for all, closing critical gaps in access to leading medical knowledge and care, especially in women’s health, where delayed diagnoses due to historical research exclusion remains a pressing issue.
Jennifer’s commitment to breaking barriers has been a defining force throughout her career. Inspired by the community that supported her Olympic success, she co-founded B2ten, a not-for-profit organization that reimagines athlete development by providing world-class sport science and healthcare resources. She also played a pivotal role in building Safe Sport policies and infrastructure to combat longstanding abuse and harassment in athletics.
A three-time inductee into Canadian sports halls of fame and a recipient of the Governor General’s Meritorious Service Cross, Jennifer holds degrees from McGill University (’11) and Stanford GSB (’22).
At home, Jennifer is raising two boys with her partner and remains deeply connected to the outdoors—chasing fresh powder on the slopes and perfect waves in the ocean whenever she can.
