Inclusive Workforce Specialist for Canadian Partners in Workforce Innovation

Jasmine has over 20 years of Human Resources experience in Canada's Hospitality and Tourism sector. As Director of Human Resources at Parq Vancouver (2014-2019), she excelled in HR strategy, recruiting, training, labour relations, and performance management. Jasmine established D&I hiring standards, shaping the culture for 2,000 employees across the resort. She led British Columbia’s first Community Benefits Agreement initiative, increasing hiring for people with disabilities and other under-represented groups.

Recognized as a D&I Leadership Champion at the BC Workplace Inclusion Awards, Jasmine also contributed to accessible employment recommendations for the Accessible Canada Act. Since 2019, she has focused on helping employers increase workforce inclusion of people with disabilities. Currently, she is an Inclusive Workforce Specialist for Canadian Partners in Workforce Innovation and a Consultant for Tourism HR Canada's Workplace Accessibility Clinic.
