Throughout the pandemic, Lauren was instrumental in designing and delivering the Vancouver Island and BC Tourism Resiliency Network projects, driving three years of impactful outcomes. This work laid the foundation for the BC Tourism Sustainability Network, now in its third intake under Destination BC’s Tourism Climate Resiliency Initiative.
